LUMINEERS IN WESTLAKE FOR YOUR NEW SMILE

If you thought you couldn’t afford to get that chipped tooth fixed or have the gap between your teeth filled, think again. Thanks to modern Cosmetic Dentistry in Westlake, restorative dentistry is not as expensive as you think.

Lumineers are a revolutionary way to give you the smile that used to be reserved for the rich and famous. Thanks to 21st century dental procedures, such as Lumineers, you can schedule an appointment with Westlake Smile Design for your new toothy grin. Unlike other types of Dental Veneers, Lumineers do not require painful tooth structure removal.

Lumineers are placed over your teeth if you have misaligned teeth, deal with unsightly stains due to medication, or just want to fix your old bridgework or crowns. Made by Cerinate Smile Design Studios, Lumineers can last up to 20 years.

Other types of Porcelain Veneers require you to wear temporary veneers until your new Dental Veneers have been made. Lumineers do not require drilling or anesthetic giving you your new smile in just two appointments.

Because traditional Dental Veneers are thicker than Lumineers the aggressive techniques used to remove the enamel on your teeth are irreversible, as some of the healthy structure needs to go as well. The preparation for traditional Dental Veneers requires anesthetic and a set of temporary Dental Veneers requiring about 14 days before placement of your permanent set of Porcelain Veneers. The temporary veneers are thick, uncomfortable, and not very attractive.

Lumineers are minimally invasive, which means you will look great while you wait for your new custom-made Lumineers. Not all dentists are trained or certified to offer Lumineers, and that is where Westlake Smile Design comes in.

During your first visit with your Cosmetic Dentist in Westlake, Dr. David Hakimi or Dr. Armon Eben will make sure that you are a good candidate for Dental Veneers, if deemed acceptable; an impression will be made of your lower and upper teeth so that a mold can be sent to the authorized Lumineers lab. Your Westlake Dentist will also send your dental records along with photos to ensure the best fit.

When you see your dentist for your second Lumineers visit, Dr. David Hakimi or Dr. Armon Eben will make sure that your new teeth are a good fit before etching and bonding. Once bonded your Cosmetic Dentist will make sure that your new Lumineers look and feel great.

If you would like to smile again, schedule a no obligation consultation with Westlake Smile Design. Lumineers could be the answer.
